Preparation:
Step1: First of all we need 1 bowl sooji. Add
warm water and mix like a soft paste . Now add 2 to 3 drops of vegetable oil
and soft the sooji paste like dough
Step2: :
Then we need finely chopped onion, carrots, methi (Fenugreek) leaves, , boiled Pease,
capsicum and ginger chopped
Step3: Heat 2 to 2.5 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan.
Then add heing, jeera, rai, salt in vegetable oil and fry
(saute) for few seconds. Add all the chopped veggies into it. Stir
fry the vegetables on a medium flame. You have to stir
continuously while frying so that the veggies are perfectly cooked.
Step4: Add boiled potatoes and coriander leaf in to the veggies and stir.
Step5:Now leave hot

Step8: Fry in hot
