How to Make Indian veg Besan Dhokla Recipe at home without oven in pressure cooker.
Ingredients:-
1. Suji (1 cup)
2. Basan(1 cup)
3. Onion(1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
4. Pease(1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
5. Carrot(1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
6. Turmeric - 1/6 teaspoon (if desired,)
7. Eno (3/4 Table spoon)
8. Salt(1 tsp low)

9. Sugar( 1 tsp)
10. Rye(1/2 tsp)
11. Green coriander (1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
12. Kari pata(1 tablespoon)
13. Oil(1 tbsp)
Step 1:-Then we need finely chopped onion, carrots and Peas
Step 2:- Mix 1 Cup Basan and 1 Cup suji
Step 3:-
Then Mixed Vegetables and sugar
Step 4:- Apply oil to the bowel
Step 5:- Put Eno and salt to the mixture and mix it well unit bubble appear in the mixture.
Step 6 :- 2 small glass of water (500 ml water)put the glass flam to heat.
Step 7 :- Put all Mixture into the Pressure Cooker.
Step 8:-Cook Dhokla about 20 min on midium low gas flame.
Step 9 :-Check the Dhokla from inner side with knife or
anything.
Step 11:- Then Cut it into pieces.
Step 12:- Put oil in a small frying pan, heat the oil, rye
and kari pata.
Step 14:- Serve Hot, fresh Besan Dhokla.
