Bread Aloo Roll

How to make Bread Aloo Roll

Ingredients for Bread Aloo Roll Recipe

o    Potato boiled and mashed 

o    Bread 

o    Curry leaves 

o    Mustard seeds

o    Onion chopped

o    Green chilli chopped

o    Salt 

o    Fresh coriander leaves chopped 

o    Oil 

o    Tomato ketchup 


Step 1

Heat two tablespoon oil in a non stick pan Add curry leaves and mustard seeds.Add onions and any chopped vegi

Step 2

Add green chillies and saute further for two minutes. Add mashed potatoes and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Add coriander leaves and mix well

Step 4

 soak the bread slices in water for few seconds. Remove and squeeze out excess water.

Step 5

Stuff the potato mixture in the center of the bread and roll it and then press it tightly. Do the same for the remaining.

Step 6

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the bread roll till golden brown and crisp in color.

Step 9

Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 10

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
