How to make Methi (Fenugreek) Stuffed Paratha at home in special breakfast

  1.    Flour Wheat 
  2.    Methi  Leaves
  3.   Ginger
  4.   Onion
  5.   Green Chilli
  6.    Jeera
  7.   Ajwain
  8.   Salt
  9. Coriander powder
  10. Cooking Oil

Chopped the Methi Leaves , Onion, Ginger and green chilli in Mixer.

Add this mixture to dough along with salt, ajwain, jeera, and  coriander powder.

Roll the dough in to ball and roll out to make shape.

Roast the methi paratha on heat until fried for both side. 

Now yummy methi stuffed paratha is ready. You can eat it with butter, pickle or any subji.
