How to make Indian Sooji Kachori recipes at home


*      1 bowel sooji.
*       boiled potato
*       vegetable oil
*       chopped onion, carrots, methi (Fenugreek) leaves,  boiled Pease, capsicum or chopped vegetables.
*       3 to 4 small sized ginger chopped
*       Jeera
*       Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
*       Hing (Compounded Asafoetida)
*       Rai
*       Green chilli
*       Salt as required
*       Coriended leaf

*      Step1:   First of all we need 1 bowl sooji. Add warm water and mix like a soft paste . Now add 2 to 3 drops of vegetable oil and soft the sooji paste like dough

*      Step2:   :   Then we need finely chopped onion, carrots, methi (Fenugreek) leaves, , boiled Pease, capsicum and ginger chopped

*      Step3:  Heat 2 to 2.5 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan. Then  add  heing,  jeera,  rai, salt  in vegetable oil and fry (saute) for few seconds. Add  all the chopped veggies into it. Stir fry the vegetables on a medium flame. You  have to stir continuously while frying so that the veggies are perfectly cooked.

*      Step4:  Add boiled potatoes and coriander leaf  in to the veggies and stir.

 *      Step5:Now leave hot sooji dough to make a small balls

*      Step6: Then apply shape with a soft hand

*      Step7: Add a to a potatoes veggi mixture and Aapply a shape to round

*      Step8: Fry in hot oil

*      Step9: Now your Veg Indian Sooji Kachori  is ready to serve tomato catchup and curd
